I. POSITION PURPOSE:

Material Requirements & Planning, Provides Key dates for Manufacturing and Purchasing, Production Planning, Inventory Management, Management of Logistics documentation.


Location: Changzhou / Jiangsu

II.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:

?Make production plans according to latest input of sales & marketing and inventory for all products.
?Make material requirement planning according to production planning.
?Management of master data of material according to purchasing and engineering.
?Management and evaluation of inventory.
?Coordination of shipping and purchasing for needed parts.
?Place the Purchase requests in-line with the Delivery Schedules for Global and Domestics suppliers according to material planning
?Coordination of departments to analyze, Identify, and resolve product availability issues & problems.
?Coordinate between shipping and sales.
?Generate production documentation between Manufacturing and Purchasing
?Inventory control with materials and WIP, routings created and update

KEY MEASUREMENT:

?To have a confirmed plan for Production in line with Company requirements
?To have all orders placed according to requirements
?To control successful introduction of parts and Effectively dates of all parts
?To maintain agreed Inventory level in accordance with Budget
?Confirmed status of all required parts
?Confirm Requirements against agreed lead-times
?Timely problem resolutions
?Constant communication with various departments
?Update and control and issue as required
?Update and Control as required

III. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

?BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, or relative major
?Knowledge as production supervisor in agriculture or related automotive industry
?Candidate should have experience in manufacture specification management and MRP, ERP & SAP systems and be detail oriented


IV. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:

?Familiarity with major Production Planning and Forecasting
?Experience in identifying and executing improvement opportunities through both process improvements and systems
?Creative thinker and problem solver
?Strong interpersonal and communication skills
?Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
?Strong analytical abilities with experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
?Highly Proficient with extensive experience in MRP/ ERP & SAP.
?Strong ability to negotiate.
?High-level of comfort in working with numbers and spreadsheets
?Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

This role doesn’t have any Direct reporting Staff.

?This role is intended to have a positive impact on the Business in terms of timely completion of Material requirements issued and received in order to meet production and sales requirements for both local and export markets.

VIII. AREA OF IMPACT:
?Manufacturing: consistent/timely supply of parts/goods will help enable an optimized manufacturing process (optimized working capital/inventory levels, minimize shortages and re-work caused by late deliveries).
?Sales: Timely supply of whole goods/spare parts to customers will increase customer satisfaction.

?This role requires an individual that is determined to achieve all required tasks and targets whilst under pressure at times.

XI. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

?Extensive working Experience with MRP,ERP and SAP
?Knowledge of Agricultural machinery or Automotive Background is a plus
?Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
?Experienced usage of PC Office software (Word, Excel, Power point , Outlook)
?Languages: Chinese (Native Speaker) and English ( Communicative & Written )
