Eaton Corporation Hydraulics Group Filtration Division has an open for Senior Accountant based in Shanghai.

This position is responsible for costing &inventory, accounts payable, general ledger and other ad-hoc work in commercial function Finance team.
Its major responsiblities following:
A. Manage Product Costing &Inventory function
--Std Cost Maintenance and Annual Std Cost Revaluation
--Monthly Costing Variance Tracking and Analysis
--Inventory Cycle Count and Annual Physical Count
--Monthly Inventory Aging, DOH Analysis, Quarterly E&O accrual and analysis.
--Walk the dock check

B. Handle General Ledger in accrual, GL adjustment, account balance and final financial reports check.

C. In charge of Accounts payable function for T&E, direct and in-direct purchasing.

D. Compile FAS 109 reporting package

E. Balance sheet review file preparation for the owned accounts, and consolidate all balance sheet files to finance manager to review.

F. Master Maintenance (except supplier master) in system.

Its requirement as following:
A. Bachelor degree, Min 5 years accounting experience in foreign owned enterprise preferably in manufacturing environment.

B. Knowledge of product costing, inventory, GL & Reporting

C. Good English communication both in spoken and written skill

D. Good command of ERP software system, preferred in Oracle and Mfg-pro.

E. Manufacturing accounting experience is preferred. Willing to take challenge and with teamwork spirit.
