1. 5+ years' sales experience with at least 2-3 years proven track record in civil engineering material sales and marketing, preferably with a foreign multinational or leading and managing sales and technical support efforts within the geosynthetics industry in China;
2. Understanding of geosynthetic product applications related to transportation, hydraulic and marine engineering construction projects;
3. Experience navigating the business cultures of both the Europe and China, as well as bridging the gap between the two;
4. Proven experience in promoting both civil engineering material and services within the business to business environment and the sales of civil engineering material products;
5. Deep understanding of civil engineering material products marketplace/industry and the research and development market in China;
6. Profound knowledge and insight into the present and future of the geosynthetic product industries;
7. Strong contacts and connections in major Design Institutes in China;
8. Fluent in both English ; Mandarin. .
