Strategic Account Manager-Industrial Sales Manager-Electronics/lighting /Optical/testing instrument/Displays/LED 销售经理/大客户经理
The company is a worldwide leader in developing photonic and colorimetric imaging systems and software for light and color measurement and analysis. Our technologies are used globally in R&D and manufacturing to design, characterize, and test light sources – such as LED lighting, architectural lighting, and automotive lighting – and displays – such as hand-held devices, TVs, monitors, and large stadium video screens. Our customer base ranges from global Fortune 500 companies and technology start-ups to educational institutions and government organizations.
To support a rapidly growing market opportunity in China, Company is aggressively expanding its business in China. It recently opened the China headquarter office in Shanghai with professional sales and technical team to support its existing customers and to develop the new business in China.
Position Description:
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and self-motivate sales person with a documented record of success in key account high-technology sales. Experience in test and measurement solution sales is highly desirable. Experience in the display and lighting industries or working with ODMs is an additional benefit.
In this position you must excel at developing, managing, and closing key account sales of relatively complex technical systems. You must be able to analyze customer application requirements and determine the right Company system to offer, often working with our engineering team on more complex applications.
Principal duties include:
1. Developing targeted account sales opportunities for Company photometric and colorimetric systems in the lighting, display and materials industries for selected key accounts
2. Generating targeted proposals and closing sales with new and existing key accounts
3. Creating and coordinating responses to customer’s technical questions by working with Company engineers
4. Communicating customer issues and opportunities back to Company to inform product development priorities
5. Supporting marketing activities, including trade shows and seminars
6. Maintaining an accurate sales funnel and forecast
7. Reporting sales results, forecasts, and issues on a regular basis to management
Required qualifications:
1. 5 years of demonstrated success in high technology system sales
2. Experience in test and measurement sales or related fields
3. Strong strategic account management skills in complex business environment
4. Excellent organizational and sales management skills
5. High energy and enthusiasm
6. Ability to work independently
7. Ability to work well with diverse cultures and attitudes
8. Ability to work well with both engineering and business organizations
9. Able to travel to customers, events, etc. without restriction
