职位描述
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Supervise small to medium sized group of employees
-Ensure the quality system is established and implemented to QS9000 requirements
-Assure adequate control system is maintained for quality system, documentation and data
-Facilitate monthly quality reviews of continuous improvement activities for processes critical to customers
-Maintain and coordinate update of the quality improvement plan
-Report regularly, quality related information throughout the organization
-Coordinates smooth product start-up with new suppliers
MAJOR JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SPECIFIC SKILLS (REQUIRED/PREFERRED)
REQUIRED:
-Experience in investigating complex quality problems and applying
sound technical judgment
-Excellent skills in interacting with customers in addressing quality issues
-Knowledge of manufacturing processes
-Demonstrated high proficiency in oral and written communication
-High level of interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate others
-High level of analytical ability including experience utilizing statistical engineering
-Willing to travel occasionally
PREFERRED:
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-10 years’ experience in manufacturing, quality or engineering
-Experience with Quality System development and implementation
EDUCATION:
-R – 4 year degree
-Major: – Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality
