Job DescriptionEaton Corporation located in Shenzhen has an opening for HR Supervisor. The purpose of the position is to:
1.Track key HR metrics in accordance with site key business objectives.
2.Provide leadership to assess talent needs. Ensure that positions are filled quickly with the best talent, working closely with corporate staffing centers.
3.Provide leadership in site human resources development
4.Drive for an two-way communication, high performance and engaged workforce culture, dealing with employees’ issue with efficiency and providing proper solutions, create a harmony employee-er relations;
5.Ensure all HR policies, process, activities compliance with government, laws requirements.
6.Management of one factory HR daily issues, and fast solutions.
7.Other projects as assigned from HR manager.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)1.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
2.Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in a human resources generalist position, at least 3 years of performing HR supervisor duties experience.
3.Full range of developed HR competencies in organizational development, employee relations, recruiting and selection, compensation/benefits and compliance is required.
4.Superior communication and team leadership skills are essential. Ability to drive results by developing and empowering individuals and teams
5.Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
6.Fluent spoken and written English skills.
