Job Description:

1.Achieve the sales target and other KPI set up by line managers
2.Build the relationship with marine & offshore key customers (CNOOC, COSCO, Dalian shipyard, Shanghai Waigaoqiao shipyard etc.);
3.Find out potential marine & offshore customer list & project list;
4.CCH’s competitors’ analysis in marine & offshore market;
5.Target customer demand analysis;
6.Sales strategy and Pricing management;
7.Set up commercial policy of marine & offshore industry;
8.Work with PM to optimize and improve products for Marine & offshore service;
9.Set up channel and manage distributors, expend Cooper products market share in Marine & offshore market.

Basic Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required;
2.Bilingual (English/Chinese);
3.3-5 years marine & offshore or similar sales and marketing experience;
4.Prior budget and financial accountability experience;
5.In-depth knowledge of sales, marketing, management and customer relations fields;
6.Strong problem solving and decision making skills;
7.Strong negotiation skills;
8.Strong leader, organizational planning skills and time management skills;
9.Must have exemplary customer service skills.
