PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Manages and supports the production related activities such as materials and manpower supervision in order to meet production plan and customer requirements. Establish and maintain a safe work environment according to the plant regulations. Manage the relations with production people following Eaton’s values and ethics.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Responsible for all the manufacturing process, lean manufacturing and production schedule.
B. Provides on-site quality problem solving. Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment thru preventive equipment maintenance.
C. Manages, measure and oversees the process improvement program in manufacturing according to the Eaton Business System tools such as the Eaton OpA System.
D. Promotes a Quality Culture by keeping its focus on the Customer and efficiently communicates customer comments to its work area with the means of facilitating the cooperation to solve problems.
E. Manages, control and improve WIP on the processes in order to maximize the flow of the cells, promote lean manufacturing tools within the work area to improve flow and reduce cost.
F. Acts in active way of preparing, communicate the area goals and objectives in conjunction with the material Planner. Maintains and improve work force performance in order to identify weaks and strengths within the team.
G. Gives motivation and feedback to Operators to maintain a high level of satisfaction, productivity and high standards of quality utilizing reward and recognition programs as an aid to improve these metrics
H. Efficiently solve performance and behavior problems with the Operators. Held accountable the Operators by giving feedback when the goals are not meet
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
1. About 5 years working experience preferably working in a manufacturing environment and 2 -3 years relevant experience in the similar position.
2. 5S,TPM,MFG/Pro.Skill
3. Willing to learn, and a good team player
