职位描述

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for directing the sales team to work with existing and potential customers to clearly define their technical, quality, delivery and financial expectations, and forcefully communicate these through the organization in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain an effective service and distribution system to serve customers. Develops the China market to achieve sales goals and market share plans on a profitable basis within assigned territory.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Assist National Sales Manager, Marketing Manager to plan and implement marketing programs and objectives to achieve or exceed sales targets.
2.Forecast market volume and sales forecasts based on market research including industry structure, customer and competitive products through customer visits, reports and information from industry, government, and technical institutes.
3.Lead the sales team to develop and maintain strong relationship with customers, both current and potential within assigned territory to achieve sales target and market share with a profitable margin. Focus on key accounts and strategic platform programs to meet both short term and long-term business strategy.
4.Advocacy of customer satisfaction within the organization to achieve high level customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, quality, technical and service support, competitive price and etc.
5.Provide input to warranty, distribution, services, long-term product plan initiatives to meet market and customers’ needs.
6.Implement credit policies and procedures to meet A/R (DSO) target.
7.Conduct accurate sales forecast to support on inventory control for achieving DOH target.
8.Conduct technical and sales seminar to update OEMs of FCP platform on current and new products and new applications
9.Develop, train and coach subordinates regarding technical problems solving, setting goals and objectives, customer relations, competitive pricing, etc.
10. Working across various geographies ensure that develop and widely adopt best practices related to serving customers and managing key account in mobile platform
11.Assesses competitive market data and makes new product recommendations on a regular basis for FCP platform
12.Provides on-time customer visiting reports, expense reports, Business Tracking reports, and monthly reports.
13.Responsible for daily office administration and disciplines.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1.Excellent Chinese communication and negotiation skills.
2.Good English and PC skills
3.As applicable, multiple distributions require tact and judgment in dealing with competing for sales within the same marketing area.
4.Extensive travel and time away from home and office is usually required.
5.Contacts customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers to resolve technical product application malfunctions to determine if problem was caused by our products, misapplication by the customer, or components supplied by others.
6.Development of new business by application of standard product line or redesign units to meet customer technical requirements.
7.Gathering, evaluating, and forecasting of fluid power marketing data for Eaton and competitor products.
