职位描述

I. POSITION PURPOSE:


Run a profitable and efficient parts business in Dafeng, China.

Accomplish objectives through:

- Marketing & Sales

- Purchasing

- Logistics/Warehousing

- Pricing

- Merchandising

- Team development

Actively drive Parts Business in Dafeng- set it up in a permanent manner with state-of.the-art policies and procedures- driving significant Parts growth.

Include Local & Alternative Sourcing and Export procedures

Align Dafeng Parts business with China AGCO parts business

Support and coordinate with service department when needed.





II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:
· Manage Dafeng Parts team with focus on significantly growing the business and establish a permanent parts organization · Generate sufficient parts revenue and gross profit
· Define and optimize all parts processes- especially:
- Permanent Marketing & Sales action

- Logistics/Warehousing

- Local souring

- Export
· Optimize Parts business and drive parts growth- with impact on top- and bottom line
· Align Dafeng Parts Actions with other parts actions defined in the region - support the APAC Business Development Manager to identify and implement actions · Efficient communication, Status updates
· Monitor and manage Dafeng Parts inventory · Balance parts inventory for maximum turnover
· Monitor and Manage Dafeng Parts Sales in China · Sales/ Parts Revenue
· Conform to policies and manage the team to follow the rules as well · Actively follow authorization limits and company policy
· Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals
· Provide an increasing profit rate
· Monitor warranty parts handling and negotiate with factory, administrate warranty clams
· Ensure TC & dealership recovers full credit from the factory
· Actively drive new parts business and identify and establish new business relationships
· Maintain current customers and develop new ones
· Seek out new vendors and negotiate terms and pricing for greater profitability
· Minimize landed cost and therefore positively impact net result
· Identify and assist in developing sales promotions
· Increasing sales amount
· Support service department and technicians · Ensure technicians are adequately supplied with all parts and materials as needed.
· Support Wholegoods business
· Support Tender process in order to establish permanent parts growth

- Management of Externals (Suppliers, Customers, and other stakeholders

- The role reports into the Director Parts APAC

- The role includes responsibility for the Dafeng Parts Sales China as well as Parts Inventory and Service Level China

- A problem solver with superior customer service skills, as the role foresees significant parts sales growth- driven by happy customers

- Solves internal issues with other internal stakeholders to drive parts growth in the region (e.g. availability issues, quality issues, ...)

- Handles customer complaints according to its priority and drives them towards a satisfying solution- satisfying for the customer, but also for AGCO / Dafeng

- Involve into functional discussions around permanent parts optimization- and actively identifies and drives opportunities

- Enforce and drive solution towards AGCO's/ Dafeng's success

VIII. AREA OF IMPACT:
Internal: The role is to drive and manage the parts business in Dafeng, China with its core functions to provide proper parts support in the region, helping AGCO increasing gross profit by selling parts at the best cost possible.

External: The role includes negotiations with suppliers, negotiations with service providers, customers, business partners and authorities where required.
