MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:

1.Support Strategic Business Process planning, maintaining project management database, etc.
2.Dafeng operation setup activities and strategy initiatives
3.Assist Operational Excellence function in the day to day duties of a project administration with the guidance and direction of the AGCO-Dafeng Executive General Manager
4.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project plans and logs, track responses and advise the AGCO-Dafeng project team members and functional heads on any project risks and changes
5.Coordinate submittals and procure all project related documents and participate in the continuous updating and accurate generation of as-built documents
6.Create and maintain Teamwork sites
7.Attend project coordination and other meetings as requested or required
8.Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision
9.Assist the AGCO-Dafeng Exec. GM in his business in terms of:
Tracking of business plans
Tracking of ToDo-Lists
Preparation of presentations
Preparation of meetings
Organization of conferences

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Bachelor or Master degree with sound skill sets of manufacturing, engineering, finance,
2.Fast-learner with good business senses, analytical thinking, self-motivated, proactive and flexible to learn new things
3.Good problem solver and is able to work under pressure
4.A good command of English in both writing and speaking
5.Proficiency in using Office tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access; knowledge in programming (VBA, etc.)
6.Ability to assume responsibility and to interface and communicate effectively with others. Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to work with different teams in a professional manner
7.Experience with project management or manufacturing industry experience is a plus
