Essential Functions:

Support global sourcing activities for all Eaton hydraulic business in oversea plants.

A. Global sourcing and implementation activities for hydraulic products, working with supplier and global cross functional team, focus on the machined casting, sand casting, precision turned machining, aluminum die casting & machining etc. commodities.
B. Lead project APQP on time, engineering support working the global team.
C. Lead to supplier quality improvements, process improvements, and on time delivery performance.
D. Ground support for global plants in quality, delivery, communication.
E. Support supplier productivities improvement, cost out negotiation activities
F. Supplier identification/audit for global sourcing projects in NA region

Basic Qualifications:

? Minimum 6-8 years working experience in a similar role with multi international company
? Fluent written & spoken English and Chinese are essential;
? Engineering Bachelor degree and major in Mechanical/ Material/ Engineering is a plus
? Related experiences of global sourcing & project implementation in the commodities machined casting, sand casting, precision turned machining, aluminum die casting & machining etc.for industry or hydraulic is preferred.
? Master in quality system of TS 16949 and APQP procedure, green band and qualified quality engineer is preferred.
? Possess strong communication, negotiation, project management and supplier management skill
? Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills necessary to converse with Supply Chain Management personnel
? Understand supply base for industry and hydraulic products
