Plotter shop

Responsible for providing the correct communication material to the stores according to the Store communication manual and act as a link between the graphic department in the head office. Take a responsibility as an active role model by living the H&M values.



H&M Guideline

Overall presentation according to the H&M guidelines.

Good planning and teamwork.

Be patient and responsible.
Can work under pressure and open to travelling frequently
Be positive and willing to learn.


Support Team

Plans and works with the set goals.
Close contact with the stores, areas and Visual Merchandising team in the support office.

The Role

Software interest and knowledge.
Work with the plotter and application machines.
Supports the areas and the expansion team with the texts and graphics in time for new openings.
Orders materials like vinyl and packing material
Has the knowledge of lay-outs and the different graphics and colors
Provides the stores with text and instructions so they can apply the texts / graphics correctly.
Develops order forms and keeps them updated.
Care and maintenance of the machines and material in the plotter shop
To plan and organize the work, being able to prioritize the orders.

Communication

Communicates in English, both in writing and oral
Clearly communicates between functions.
Clearly communicates with the contact person in the head office graphic department.
