职位描述
1. Troubleshooting of mechanical problems on complex machinery
- Performs and supervises interventions of maintenance teams, and uses if necessary
troubleshooting equipment.
- Learns to use all the resources at his disposal (operators, technicians, workshop
maintenance, CMMS work orders history, man / machine interfaces, various embedded diagnostic tools ....)
- Makes the diagnosis of failure and / or malfunction
- Seeks and finds the root cause of the malfunction or failure
- Proposes and follows the eradication of the dysfunction (e.g. modification,
preventive action, writing procedures etc. ....) and implement these actions.
- Contacts if needed the subcontractors or suppliers to ensure supply of parts or a
service in relation to the failure.
- Participates in the development and enhancement of preventive maintenance plans
- Prioritizes and organizes the work to be done in accordance with the production
responsible.
2. Implements actions to improve the efficiency of production equipment
- Leads and / or participates in continuous improvement teams.
- Proposes and / or conducts studies (definition, design, validation, production
start) in his field of expertise and ensure the implementation of adaptations, modify
cations and upgrades on existing equipment.
- Ensures updates of technical documents
- Develop tools / features for easy adjustment / verification of embedded devices
3. Involved in defining and starting new production facilities
- Participates in the definition of technical specifications for new equipment
- Participates in project monitoring (attending meetings, technical reviews (internal
and external), in commissioning and production start-up.
- Participates in the development of the FMEA workshops, in order to define the
preventive maintenance programs, the needed preventive maintenance tools and
consumables, and the strategic spare parts.
- Manages the preventive maintenance teams.
- Validate the selection of components with the aim to standardize (validation
requests for storage) by giving special attention to sustainability, environmental
conditions and high reliability.
- Review / validate the technical documentation
4. Participates in the training of production and maintenance teams
- Organizes and participates at trainings, in China and abroad
- Participates in the definition / comment on programs of training provided by
external agencies
REQUIREMENTS
Mechanical Engineer degree
Two to three years experiences on a production site,in machining and assembling large series using highly automated equipment
Ability to facilitate group work and training
Knowledge and practice of continuous improvement tools (5S, TPM, MSD,)
