职位描述
JOB PURPOSE
To lead the Division’s Program Management Office in driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and ensuring its alignment to Group objectives and strategy.
To originate and drive the transformation and operational improvement initiatives for business operations efficiency and value creation.
To strategize and execute key confidential assignments for the EVP
JOB CONTENT
Uncover all operational, people, contractual, processes and technical issues and recommend solutions
To originate and drive transformation initiatives
To provide project management support for the execution of key projects
To execute group business improvement and operational transformation initiatives
Assess and recommend improvements in operational control and governance
Prepare project update; ensure completion of project documents and review project timeline, milestone and deliverables for compliance with terms of reference.
Hold regular status meetings with project team and consultants/vendors as well as communicate relevant project information to senior management.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL
Education / Professional Qualification
Professional qualification in MBA/CFA.
Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, strategic planning, corporate finance and investor relations.
