I. POSITION PURPOSE:

Quality Supervisor will have overall responsibility of Bare engine supplier operations. Bare engines (CKD) will be used in AGCO Changzhou engine factory and also in other AGCO locations. Bare Engine process includes mainly manufacturing (assembly) quality. The key areas of responsibility are:

- Implement and control bare engine manufacturer’s processes according AGCO standards (materials management, assembly)
- Control bare engine quality (work as a AGCO person at supplier)
- Work as a communication link between supplier and AGCO final assembly









II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:
? Supplier Quality
? Manufacturing Quality

KEY MEASUREMENT:
? PPM
? Delivery accuracy
? RFT (right first time) at supplier
? Quality Costs at AGCO
? Rework Time/Costs at AGCO
? Customer Quality Notifications (regarding to bare engine)




III. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

Quality Supervisor role will require:

- Good understanding of manufacturing quality (assembly)
- Comprehensive understanding and experience in quality management
- Global quality standards, methods and practices (ISO 9001, ISO-TS 16949)
- Experience and understanding of supplier network in China
- Experience in engine assembly and/or engine components is of advantage

- Well-developed organizational skills

- Role will have internal and external impact as bare engines used also in other AGCO locations



IX. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

- Good cooperation skills to work with other functions and AGCO quality
- Able to work under pressure






X. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Manufacturing or related field required
- Minimum three years experience in manufacturing quality in manufacturing business
- Quality/manufacturing experience in automotive industry preferred
- Experience in project supervising role preferred

Languages:
- China (fluent written and spoken)
- English (excellent written and excellent spoken)
