I. POSITION PURPOSE:

- Manage the team to reach production volumes in a efficient way and assuring quality.
- Provide appropriate product/job knowledge training to the team.
- Work with ME to assure all the tooling and SWI are in place
- Work with materials/logistics team to implement efficient ways of supplying materials to the assembly line
- Plan and implement investments to meet production volumes, cost and quality requirements
- Promote continuous improvement activities



II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:
? Production output
? Quality of the products build
? Assure employees safety
? Control cost and expenses
? Assure appropriate training to the team

KEY MEASUREMENT:

? Delivery performance
? RFT, warranty, demerits
? Lost time and recordables
? Actual vs budget
? Quality, delivery, employees satisfaction

- MF tractors assembly - product knowledge
- Lean Manufacturing
- Basic cost knowledge

- Business processes (finance, purchase, quality, materials, logistics)



V. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

The production supervisor will manage people in the shop floor.

Daily production problems, such as: quality problems, rework requirement, shortage problems, people management, etc…
It requires common sense, technical and business knowledge.
