职位描述
工作目的
确保销售记录和AR记帐的正确性及及时性.
工作内容
1. 内外销（包括PARTS）发票的开具、登记、邮寄.
2. 开具销售废料、材料的发票.
3. 营业税发票的开具.
4. 所有货款的银行票据的到帐记账.
5. 开具员工个人还款、交付出纳现金、银行票据的收款收据.
6. 向主管税务机关申报所有的出口销售产品的“退、免、税”业务及单证备案.
7. 当月定期完成相关AR报表
8. 销售发票的整理及购买.
9. 提供审计要求的文件、资料.
10. 月初抄报税.
11. 与运输部门核对每月主机销售报表.
12. 每月计算出口样品、快递不报关部分的纳税额给总账.
13. 月底提供出口退税产品的明细表给成本.
14. 至税务机关办理《开具红字增值税专用发票通知单》.
15. AR Application.
16. 国外运费记账.
17. 配件扣款.
18. 认真完成上级安排的其他工作任务及工作调配.
职位要求
1. 大学以上学历，财务相关专业，2年以上相关工作经验.
2. 英语运用良好.
3. 具有高度责任心.耐心.细心.有良好的沟通能力.
技能/证书要求
1. 有开票员操作上岗证.
2. 熟练运用微软office软件，了解Oracle系统知识.
