职位描述：
1、 负责制定产品的性能要求、材料性能要求、产品的结构特点及产品的工艺性特点。
2、 参与新产品项目的工艺方案的设计、验证、工艺开发、设备、模具开发、与采购部共同进行原材料/外协件开发试制和认可。负责协调、组织设备、工装模具的安装、调试、验收、移交工作。
3、 负责编制试制阶段和批产阶段的工艺文件(包括工艺流程图、操作汇总表、标准化作业单、工艺参数卡、工艺守则、工艺因素控制检查表、产品缺陷记录表、PFMEA、型式试验大纲)、工装模具管理卡、产品分级表、产品配置表、BOM清单、SOE 等技术文件。
4、熟悉结构设计、模具加工、塑胶件的制作成型技术，能够发现生产现场发生的技术质量问题，分析问题原因，制定纠正和预防措施。
5、认真完成上级安排的工作任务和调配

1、通信、电子、机械、计算机、IE等专业，大专及以上学历；
2、熟悉生产现场，有五年以上的制造工艺工作经验；
3、责任心强，善于沟通，有团队合作精神。
4、有钎焊培训经验者优先考虑
