职位描述
工作内容：
1、建立和完善公司的招聘流程和招聘体系；
2、根据现有编制及业务发展需求，协调、统计各部门的招聘需求；
3、利用各种招聘渠道发布招聘广告，寻求新的招聘途径；
4、执行招聘、甄选、面试、选择、任用工作；
5、维护人才储备库；
6、调查各部门培训需求，同时结合公司发展需要，制定公司及各个部门的培训计划和培训大纲；
7、编制、修订、完善员工培训手册；
8、实施公司培训计划，组织各种培训及考核，跟进培训并评估培训效果
9、部门月度报表
10、完成上级下达的其他工作任务
任职条件：
1、大专以上学历；
2、具备两年年以上招聘和培训工作经验；
3、具备很强的口头表达能力和演讲技巧；
4、具备较强的协调沟通能力、执行力、组织能力、亲和力和应变能力；
5、具有高度的热情和激情，积极主动，具有团队合作精神；
6、完成各地招聘任务；
7、有大型生产型企业工作经验者优先。
