职位描述

岗位职责

1. Partners with senior leaders to understand their organization’s vision, objectives and improvement needs in order to drive a course of action; work with leaders to identify and access the best resources (internal or external) with which to work.

2. Improve the customer experience: Make it easy for customers to navigate our business and improve our ability to plan, promise and deliver across BU/Division. Implement global SFDC/FACE tools in China, like to apply CQP quotations, CQP quotation syn Process, channel partner business plans etc.

3. Drive speed, efficiency & effectiveness: Provide front to back integration, speed and transparency to enable our people to make better decisions and deliver more effectively, coordinate and guide champion activity in China, review BU training plan and monitor training adoption.

4. Facilitates resources for our internal function/department continuous improvement efforts until the work is self-sustainable. They are required to build up competency and resources to sustain solution. Facilitates the sharing of best practices, and ensures harmonized and standardized processes throughout the Group to deliver consistent support.

5. Provides organization-wide visibility of the current portfolio of continuous improvement efforts; track via metrics/KPIs progress and value from these efforts in order to help decision makers allocate resources and recognize success, with special focus on operational cost reduction.

6. Supporting Country SPOC for SFDC Strategy: Target customer needs & growth more effectively, building deep insights of our customers’ needs, identifying and targeting our most profitable product and market segments, drive and follow up on group SFDC strategic initiatives, setup, drive and development and optimized SFDC organization structure.

任职要求

3 - 5 years of process improvement experience and Master’s degree preferred

Fluent in Mandarin and English both written and spoken, Good communication skills with global;

Lean six sigma green belt or superior is a plus

Solid project management and data analytics skills

Good experience for process operational excellence
