Summary of Role 职位概述:

l Leasing Project Manager is business frontline sales staff of UniTrust Company. They will cooperate with vendors, dealers and lessees, responsible for the whole sales cycle from introducing product/solution to signing contracts with customers. Establish and maintain a high level customer satisfaction.

l 融资租赁项目经理是恒信公司业务部的销售人员。他/她们将直接面对合作厂商、代理商和承租人,负责从介绍公司产品到与客户签订合同的整个销售周期,并建立与维持高水平的客户满意度。

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities 主要职责:

l Achieve sales target in assigned area, including sales revenue, gross profit, cost and other finance indicator;

l Responsible for the entire sales process from funnel identification to deal closure;

l Responsible for building long term partnership with vendors and dealers in assigned area. Promote product/solution, develop new customer, provide services and manage customer relationship;

l Regularly visit partner including vendors and dealers, keep closed contact with their sales team and work closely with them to design financing solutions to meet both of vendor and end user needs. Continuously maintain high satisfaction;

l Responsible for due diligence, credit investigation and information collection about lessee, vendor, dealer and project;

l Apply for approval for project and related contract according to company policy;

l Regularly visit customer, understand the market, competitors and industry;

l Promote corporate culture as a good culture ambassador..

l  负责在指定的领域与厂家或代理商建立长期战略伙伴关系,推广公司产品,开发新的租赁客户、提供维护服务及管理客户关系;
l  定期拜访合作厂商及代理商,并与厂商和代理商销售团队保持密切联系、设计融资方案以满足厂商和最终用户双方需求并持续保持高满意度;
l  负责对租赁客户、厂商、代理商及项目的尽职调查、资信调查并收集相关资料;
l  按照公司内部流程要求报批项目及相关合同;
l  定期拜访客户,了解市场、竞争对手及行业信息;

l 以身作则传达和宣扬公司文化。

Qualifications 任职资格:

Essential 必备条件:

l Bachelor's degree;

l Minimum 3 years successful equipment sales experiences;

l Fluent Mandarin, good English in reading and written;

l Positive working attitude, enthusiastic, hardworking, good teamwork;

l Ethical, integrity, good personal reputation,

l Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills;

l Strong social capability and able to solve problem by leverage all resources;

l Willing to work under big pressure and travel frequently..

l 大学本科学历;

l 三年以上成功的设备销售从业经验;

l 普通话流利,能读写英语;

l 积极的工作态度,勤奋敬业、热情、善于团队合作;

l 具备诚实正直的优良品德,良好的个人信誉度;

l 优秀的沟通及影响能力,良好的谈判技巧,广泛的社交能力和解决问题的能力;

l 能承受较大工作压力,能适应经常出差的工作要求。

l Major in finance / printing / Machining / IT related;

l Multinational companies background;

l Medical Devices, IT, printing, machining, and electronics industry sales experiences;
