职位描述
Job Description
n Create and implement medium and long-term HR plan, annual budget and work plan.
n Draft revise and improve management system and working procedure related to HR
n Supervise and control performance assessment process for each department as well improve performance management system continuously, create reward plan and method for carrying out the plan, and also provide proposal to improve it. Take in charge of salary and welfare management, support the decision making of salary and welfare.
n Establish recruitment plan and procedure, recruit all-around way by expanding recruiting channels
n Give impetus to employee career management through creating and implementing
n training plan, organizing training and following up afterward, and improving training system.
n Accept employee complaint, deal with labour dispute and handle labour lawsuit.
n Participate in job management organization setup and compilation evaluate job description for each department
n Take part in the management of administrative tasks, assist to finish work assessment reward and budget control within HR department.
n Supervise employee activities, help to form company conception and culture
Requirement
n Major in HRM or related, bachelor degree or above
n 5+years work experiences as HR manager in manufacturing industry, with the experience of establishing HR management system is preferred
n Familiar with the regulations and process about HR recruitment, salary and welfare, performance assessment and training
n Good at expression and communication, high ability on emergency response and problems disposal.
n Be approachable, responsible and with can-do attitude
n English listening, speaking, reading and writing
n Be skilful on OA software and internet tools.
