You will release purchasing order to supplier in time according to purchasing requisition, track order acknowledgement and delivery status, satisfy production needs of direct material.

This is a Buyer role, reporting to CNSCB Procurement & Logistics Manager in Business Area – Electrification, Distribution Solutions, located in China.

- Releasing purchasing order, domestic and overseas at daily base according to PR to the right suppliers in SAP.
- Making and following-up purchasing order according to PR and ensuring materials on-time delivery.
- Coordinating suppliers and related departments to solve defective parts problem timely for keeping the production line running.
- Invoice handling by working together with controlling, supporting sourcing team to co-operate with suppliers to improve delivery, logistics, service, speed of response, and material cost.
- Analyzing material shortage status and taking corrective action for production needs.
- Involving in supplier’s performance assessment, especially communication, service and delivery situation.
- Working on other process and efficiency improvement action.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Must have bachelor’s degree or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Must have knowledge in Ms Office, SAP or other ERP-systems.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Good communication skill, high of sense of urgency, strong send of taking responsibilities, be able to work under pressure.
