• Responsible for test plan based on the DC/DC, OBC, Inverter product specification.
• Design and build test benches to develop test automation, automate test tools, generate and improve automation scripts, implement test cases and validation criteria for high voltage and low voltage systems.
• Troubleshoot various systems and ECUs using lab and measurement equipment including HV AC/DC source, HV electronic load, oscilloscopes, multimeters as well as tools such as Vector CANoe, CANalyzer etc.
• Develop test cases and validation criteria to satisfy functional safety requirements as per ISO 26262 and UDS diagnostic service requirements.
• Complete integration and system test of products, responsible for product functionality, performance and other aspects of testing like electrical, EMC, environmental and durability test etc.
• Responsible for the test data analysis, testing report and documentation
• Working with customers to support and/or develop test system methodology along with data interpretation
• Complies with the policies, procedures, and expectations outlined by Eaton’s Management System for the Environment, Safety, Security, and Health (MESH) and Quality Management Systems.

Requirement:

·        Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, electronics, power electronics or automation.

·        5-year experience in testing lab in automotive industry.

·        System comprehension and experience on testing on the power electronics products of DC/DC, OBC, Inverter etc.

·        Detailed knowledge of structure-oriented test techniques (white box test) and functional test techniques (black box test) in power electronics products.

·        Knowledge of test automation and measuring equipment based on NI platform with Labview.

·        Experience with Vector tooling (CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, etc.) is desired. In addition, CAPL scripting competence.

·        Experience with test on CAN communication according to standard like ISO 11898/ISO16845 and UDS diagnostic service function according to standard like ISO14229/ISO15765.

·        Automobile product development process such as DFMEA, DVP&R, APQP, etc.

·        Preferred skills: Automated test equipment framework – HiL simulators (dSPACE/Vector VT system/PXI) or Power HiL.

·        Preferred skills: Dyno system architecture knowledge for electric drive system.

·        English for international communication is preferred.

·        Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).

·        Good communication skills.

·        Problem solving techniques.

·        Rigorous work and has strong sense of quality.
