岗位职责：
1、组织制定公司人事规章制度，并督促、检查制度的贯彻执行。
2、组织设计和完善公司的组织结构，合理有效配置人力资源。
3、 负责人员招聘，通过多种渠道为公司寻求合适的人才。
4、负责制定公司培训计划，组织人员参加培训，评估培训效果。
5、 负责组织实施绩效考核，统计考核结果。
6、负责核定各岗位的工资标准，编制年度薪资调整方案，核算每月员工的工资。
7、 负责代表公司与员工签订劳动合同及其保管工作。
8、负责社会保险及商业保险的办理。
9、负责协调公司与政府及其他单位对口部门的关系。

任职资格：
1、在人员招募、引进、培训开发及员工考核、激励等方面有实际操作能力；
2、具有优秀的书面、口头表达能力、极强的亲和力与服务意识，沟通领悟能力强；
3、工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养；
4、熟悉国家相关劳动法律、法规，熟悉人力资源管理工作流程和运作方式；
5、具有较强的应变能力和内外沟通能力；
6、有强烈的责任感及敬业精神，能承受较大的工作压力；

Responsibilities:

Qualification:
1, in the recruitment, introduction, development and training of staff appraisal, incentives have practical skills;
