• Independently complete end-to-end business requirements detailed analysis.
• Complete the functional module design.
• Able to skillfully deliver high quality source code on time per the project plan and system design specifications.
• Keen to provide junior level engineers necessary guidance to complete their development tasks.
• Able to participate in the team's source code review processes and provide constructive comments for improving and optimizing the code.
• Capable of completing full coverage self-testing. Keep on improving unit test plans. Assist with the team on both SIT and UAT testing. Provide timely fix on bugs discovered during testing.
• Continuously optimizing the development system and process to ensure core KPI being improved constantly.
• Effectively maintain and upgrade the responsible systems and products.  Rapidly locate and fix software deficiencies.
• Always strive for improving user experiences and pursue better product performance, security, stability and scalability.
• Possess the required technical knowledge and depth for thinking at the software/system architecture level when designing technical solutions.
• Able to deliver forwarding-thinking software code with excellency in quality, performance, maintainability, extendability.
• Eager to master cutting edge software technologies with strong self-learning capabilities.  Possess broad, as well in-depth, knowledge of related system technologies and open-source technologies.  Able to apply the acquired knowledge and experiences to effectively resolve real-world software challenges.

                                                    

Requirement:

    

·       本科以上学历，计算机相关专业

    

·       6年以上工作经验，精通Java语言，对I / O，线程与进程，集合等基本概念有完整的了解和工作知识； 熟悉JVM原理，设计模式，面向对象的编程方法；熟悉Spring框架。

    

·       熟悉一种以上的关系型数据库，例如Postgres，Oracle和Mysql。 具有SQL优化和海量数据处理的工作经验。

    

·       熟悉Internet常用协议，如UDP，HTTP，TCP/IP。

    

·       熟悉常用算法和数据结构。 能够执行高要求的数据分析任务。

    

·       具有软件性能优化的工作经验，并对源代码重构，优化和标准化有深刻的了解。
