This exciting role offers opportunity to:

·        Provide quality-oriented leadership in achieving plant quality objectives with adequate planning, organizing, integrating, measurement and analysis of plant quality performance.

·        Manage the company Quality and co-ordinate with other departments according to company SOPs and guidelines. Lead cross team do internal audit and process audit.

·        Analyze both internal and external quality failure data and trends, Conduct effective quality meetings within functional departments. Monitor and follow up C/P actions progress and result.

·        Work closely with others in Operation, Logistic, and Sourcing to ensure the Orders are completed according to quality standard.

·        Evaluate pre-shipment inspection results and determine the disposition of products while communicating with inspection staff, and suppliers.

·        Investigate customer complaints, identify corrective actions at technical aspects and work with suppliers and sales team to implement.

·        Build and develop Quality team. Evaluate the performance of Quality team members and be responsible for their performance.

·        Plan and implement annual budget approved by the plant management team for the sake of cost control.

·        Issue Weekly/Monthly reports, Quarterly Sales meeting report for manager team review.

Requirement:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or a related discipline or equivalent experience.

·        Seven years related quality assurance experience preferably in manufacturing environment.

·        Good oral and written communication skills required in working environment.

·        Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.

·        Makes good business decisions.

·        Familiar with Quality tools, PPAP, FEMA, APQP etc

·        Good leadership to lead a team more than 20 persons.

·        Good negotiating and problem-solving skills.

·        Good ability in time management, project management, and supplier management, etc.

·        Be willing to travel.
