RESPONSIBILITIES:
The purpose of this job is to lead the design and development of new harvesting products for on-schedule release to production. Works closely with local Project Ma

DUTIES:
?Plans and directs engineering activities on major new harvester development projects through all phases of the Product Development System.
?Actively participates in product specification development
?Establishes priorities on delegated tasks with other Engineers in the engineering department and contractors.
?management to advance project through New Product Introduction phase gates according to the agreed upon schedule.
?Supervises project personnel providing technical direction as required.
?Lead cross functional project design reviews with representatives from Manufacturing, Purchasing, Marketing and Product Support.
?Provides technical support during prototype and test phases working closely with the Reliability Engineer to establish validation plans.
?Creates design concepts and/or supporting analysis necessary to achieve design objectives.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
?Bachelor in Engineering .
?5-8 years' experience developing similar equipment with progressive job assignments.
?Strong leadership and excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
?Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse team environment.
?3-D CAD software skills (Pro/E preferred).
?Proficiency using Microsoft Office software, Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint, and MS Project is required.
