RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES



· Taking good care of assigned customers on site (Sun Paper and IP Sun) , and building up good relationship with customers.

· Frequent customer visits for connecting of inquiry, market intelligence and feedback on the quotations and follow up the delivery.

· Provide technology or sales supports to customers externally, and share the site information within company internally.

· Promote sales to achieve the target.

· Co-ordinate with customers to clarify Metso's obligation in any needs.

· Optimize customer satisfaction

· Implement tasks assigned by company.



QUALIFICATIONS



· B.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering or paper-making

· Sales experience and customer orientation

· At least 3-5 years working experience in paper industry.

· Willingness to travel frequently or stay at customer side for some certain period.
