职位描述
Your Role/工作职责
Sales Performance: Prepares X+1 and regular forecasts; Achieve X+1 plans; Key Account Management; Payment collection; Deliver total customer satisfaction;
Intercompany Business Management: Intercompany Account/business Management;
Strategic and Key Account Development
- Manage leading position key customers (KA) to realize sales growth while strength strategic alignment
- Works with Sales &Marketing manager and/or PMM to identify and analysis KAs systematically, and implement sales strategies for assigned account
- Forecast short, medium and long term activity for identifying risks and opportunities for sustainable growth
- Negotiation for AR/DSO settlement
- Maintain and develop good relationships with customers while collecting customers’ needs and solve the problems if have
- Develops and provides training, as appropriate, on technical aspects of the solution
- Work with technical service, quality, logistics to ensure products and services delivery according to customers’ expectations
New business development
- Identify and assess new business development projects in close collaboration with PMM and technical team.
- Organize all required activities to develop new customers or new product portfolio
Marketing intelligence
- Provides counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, conditions and opportunities
- Study target markets, collect and analysis market dynamics
- Assist the marketing dept. on market survey
Your Profile/任职要求
Bachelor's degree or above
More than 3 years relevant work experience;experience in developing new markets; Distributor management experience is a plus
Good oral & written English
Good communication skills
Willing to Travel: 50% of working time
Fast learning & high motivation
