Job Responsibilities:
Credit Control
1Ensure strict compliance with the A/R & credit standards and policies of the group.
2Perform credit assessments on customer credit term.
3Review customer sales, contract & calculate the credit limit for customer.
4Ensure the collection of the customer debts on timely & effectively manner.
5Monitor debtor's account & frozen overdue account on daily basis.
6Minimize & control the overdue rate & DSO per company requirement.
7Ensure A/R closing on time & supervises A/R & Credit control clerks.
Contract Review:
1Reviews agreements, proposed agreements or tenders with customers for conformity to company policies
2Compares contract language to company standards
3Drafts exceptions to proposed contracts to align with company policies, rules and regulations
4Confers and coordinates with various departments to ensure non-legal terms are addressed
5Recommends contract modifications, converts agreements into contract form and prepares amended agreements for approval
6May conduct some contract negotiations directly with customers
Requirements:
1Bachelor degree or above. Major in Accountancy or Finance.
2Degree holder in Accountancy or Finance or related disciplines with recognized professional accounting qualification.
3At least 3 years working experience gained in the Contract Review, AR, Credit or Collections functions in multinational organizations with minimum 1 years exposure in a supervisory position.
4Knowledge of PC essential (Windows 2000, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, especially strong in MS Excel), hands-on experience in computerized accounting software (Knowledge of ORACLE system is preferred).
5Fluent both in English and Mandarin.
