Job Description

1. Maintain communication on quality activities with Fast Group, Eaton and other companies affiliated with it

2. Establish, implement and update annual quality strategy

3.Ensure the establishment, implementation and maintenance of IATF16949 quality management system and continuous improvement

4. Guide quality system engineer to organize internal audit and assist general manager to hold management review

5. Organize and supervise the quality control of products

6. Organization quality data statistics, analysis and improvement

7. Analysis, treatment and improvement of organization quality anomalies;

8. Organization carries out quality cost statistics, analysis and improvement;

9. Qrganizing and handling of major customer complaints;

10. To assist the General Manager in KPI formulation, organization of statistics, analysis and improvement;

11. Responsible for and coordinate all departments with certification audit, customer audit and supplier audit;

12 Responsible for co-ordinating the measurement management tools of the company's measuring instruments;

13. Implement company 5 S、 safety and other management requirements;

14. Other quality responsibilities.

Qualification requirements of incumbents

1.Bachelor degree or above in ,major in mechanical or related engineering,

2. Have working experience in whole vehicle or supporting factory ,5 years in same industry ,3 years in same position;

3. Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system, with system implementation and maintenance experience, as well as IAFT16949 internal auditor qualification;

4. APQP、FMEA、PPAP、MSA、SPC five tools and 8D proficiency

5. Team work and problem solving skills;

6. Good English expression skills, can communicate daily work
