rimary Responsibilities：

Leading innovative packaging projects

Deploy new packaging technologies and policies from NDCs, NPTCs, SBU for technologies transfer and compliance

Provide support during packaging industrialization

Customize and localize packaging design and packaging specifications

Drive TDC for packaging 

Providing all kinds of technical assistance to factory for in-housed injection molding production of PET preforms and caps; TP and Tin Cans

Providing testing protocols for all new packaging including new aseptic PET preform, PET bottle, caps designs, sleeve, TP, tin can and carton

Writes and updates technical manuals, instructions and guidelines for packaging manufacturing in factory

Support QA for HACCP plan and CCP empirical validation when link with packaging 

Main Purpose of Job：

Develop and Deploy of new packaging technologies for the China Market and the Zone as and when needed. Leverage know-how and facilities for operations improvement support.  

Dimensions / KPIs：

? Efficient communication with both Chinese and English 

? Support factory for trouble shooting when link with packaging

Required Qualifications

? BSc, MSc or PhD in Packaging, Mechanical or Food Engineering 

? Minimum 5+years working experience in food or chemical/pharmaceutical or similar environment involving packaging development to support: liquid milk and flavoured beverage 

? Knowledge of liquid packaging development including design and Scale-up experience; R&D to industrialization 

? I&R Experience, Packaging Group Leader, senior specialist in the category
