·        Serves as the initial technical interface externally to Asian OEM customers and internally to sales and strategy.

·        Understands and presents technology and product roadmap to customers.

·        Leads pre-acquisition and acquisition engineering customer interfacing activities with Asian OEM customers.

·        Develops and implements new business acquisition strategies leading to collaborative development agreements

·        Collect customer requirements and steers internal advanced product and technology development activities

·        Supports the acquisition/pursuit application engineering team and sales team by providing the voice of the customer, leading customer communication and establishing expectations.

·        Supports the strategy and sales team to develop product technology roadmap and define quote readiness

·        Prepares presentations to effectively communicate status, highlights/disappointments, risks, mitigation plans to executive leadership

Requirement:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution required

·        Minimum of 3 years’ experience in propulsion domain

·        Minimum of 3 years in the eMobility space

·        Minimum of 5 years in engineering product development

·        Good communication skills, constructive interaction internally and externally. Convince abilities to promote products.

·        Good relationship with local and Int. OEMs.

·        Business mindset how to explore and deep collect customer voice.

·        Finance knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

·        MBA or Masters in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

·        10 years experience in propulsion domain

·        5 years in the eMobility space

·        5 years experience in sales or business development

·        Electronics experience, if electronics system/EV components experience are plus.

·        Experience to interactive with customer PUR, R&D
