大专及以上学历；

具有销售管理的专业知识技能，了解区域市场信息；

具有至少一年的区域销售经验，有农机销售经验者优先；

具有良好的沟通协调能力及解决问题的能力；

能使用word、excal、ppt等办公软件。

I. Responsibilities of the position

l Responsible for assisting the business policy.

l Responsible for the annual goal achievement in the areas of management from the higher level.

l Responsible for collecting and handing in sales plans in territory.

l Responsible for organizing sales activities and payments for goods returning.

l Responsible for organizing and assisting market and new production promotion.

l To assist service and parts department hold pre-sales, sale in, after-sales service activities. Meanwhile, to coordinate and deal with disputes.

l Responsible for collecting and delivering market information, sales information and product quality information.

l Complete monthly work plan report.

l Complete the temporary work assigned by superior. -

II. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

l Indicate the qualifications: number of years experience required, education background, language skill, etc. , including areas that are industry specific.

Age requirement:

◆ Under the age of 40

Education background:

◆ College degree or above。

Knowledge requirement:

◆ With professional knowledge of marketing management and agricultural machinery. Familiar with the territory market information and situation.

Experience requirement:

◆ Minimum 1 years experience of marketing management in regional sales position.

Ability and skills:

◆ Marketing skills, mechanical manufacturing technology, products knowledge, practical operation experience

◆ Excellent communication and coordination ability

◆ Excellent ability in speaking and writing, able to write an analysis report or other related documentation independently.

◆ Capacity in changes, dealing with the difficult business and emergency

◆ Capacity of innovation, be able to think and solve problems independently

◆ Be able to use related office software
