I. COMPANY BACKGROUND:

AGCO is present in China for over 10 years with a Sales office in Beijing for the import of tractors from its Finish Valtra Brand. Other AGCO brands like Massey Ferguson have been imported to China for decades and served as the tractor model for the set up of local Chinese tractor production in the 20th century.
AGCO is currently strategically investing over 150 million US dollars in China over the next couple of years with the goal of localization of tractor production of low horse power (LHP) tractors, engines and drivelines in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province and high horse power tractors in Daqing, Heilongjiang Province. China is also going to be one of the strategic hubs for production of a common driveline for local tractor production as well as export within Asia.
II. POSITION PURPOSE:
This position acts as compensation & benefits expert for AGCO China including Changzhou, Beijing, Daqing and Dafeng. Daily job will include but not limit to:
C&B policy initiate and process improvement, HRIS build up, deeply involved other HR projects, participate in performance management, job grading and structure maintenance and improve, reward system update, market survey and yearly merit review, offer letter proposal to the candidates, new hire orientation related to C&B, some necessary support to local hire foreigner and expatriate, provide report related to payroll; monthly payroll calculation and distribution, IIT management and report, social security management including local hire foreigner and expatriate, vendor management; Other tasks or projects assign temporary.
III. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:
C&B policy and project initiate and improvement
HR projects related to C&B like working times system designing, etc
Process improvement related to C&B
Salary structure optimize, bonus program design
HRIS establish
Market survey and yearly merit review
Deep involve M&A project related to C&B
Budget support related to C&B
HR daily services
(legal compliance, SOX audit compliance;)
Offer letter proposal to the candidates,
New hire orientation related to C&B,
Job grading, reward system update and maintenance, job title standardization,
Document payroll related file well and meet ISO, internal / external audit and legal requirement,
Deal with local bureau for special working time system application and approval,
Compensation & Benefits
(Data accuracy and timing)
Monthly payroll calculation and distribution, IIT management and report for different locations, Include local employees and expats,
Social security management including local hire foreigner and expatriate,
Provide report related to payroll,
Vendor management,
other tasks signed by the manager
IV. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
· Good experience with total remuneration philosophy and C&B program design like sales bonus, salary structure design, policy design.
· Familiar with country and local law and regulation related to labor
· Very good knowledge of, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required
· Solid experience in working with numbers
V. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:
This role primarily requires understanding of the organizational structure of AGCO and the role of the human resources department within the organization. It requires understanding of the HR team in China but also of HR as a function.
VI. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
This position does not have any supervision or management responsibility. However, it needs to demonstrate maturity when interacting with all AGCO China employees.
VII. PROBLEM SOLVING:
· Problems are sometimes of complex nature (deal with employees' complains; complex legislative understanding)
· Maturity to analyze problems and come up with solutions
· Problems are solved by applying knowledge, experience, skills of HR processes

· Impacts HR as a function through defining and implementing a key service area in China.

XI. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Majored in Human Resource Management; bachelor degree
· Proficient in English, both written and oral
· Good skills of data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel skills
· Know well about China Labor Law, China Labor Contract Law and relevant laws and regulations like Tax Law
· 5+ years experience in HR position in Multi-National Company, 3+ years professional working experience in C&B
· Experience with HRIS build up and maintain, Training in Job Evaluation, experience with salary restructure and bonus program designing is plus
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, A positive team player, Independent, Self-motivate, detail-oriented
· Good sense of confidentiality
· Prefer some basic finance knowledge
· Work under pressure
· Can handle multi-tasks
· Quick learner
