I. POSITION PURPOSE:




This role is expected to evolve over the next 2-4 years as China growth is realized. Initial focus is infrastructure development and maintenance



§ Responsible for delivery of IT services on infrastructure Changzhou. Mainly for Green field factory.



· Network and telephone system setup and maintenance in Changzhou Plant. Mainly for Greenfield.

· Communicate with Global Infrastructure Team to support China. Mainly for Greenfield.

· Other management job related IT network of China.

§ Work with service desk for daily IT work. Such as user apply, file server security, telephone conference control etc. Mainly for Greenfield



§ Work with outsourcing IT to support user desktop. Mainly for Greenfield




MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:
· Network and telephone system maintenance
· Record the down time for network and telephone system
· User support with outsourcing help · User satisfaction for daily support

II. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:


General knowledge of Infrastructure. Including:

Network system (Lan/Wan)

Telephone system

Operation system of windows

Computer system

General software installation and user support for computers. Example: MS Office



Communication skills to support user request



Problem solving knowledge / experience




III. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:
Knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing processes



SOX knowledge



Programming




IV. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:


Work with IT infrastructure lead and IT manager to give support



Give support to user for daily work



Works with Globe infrastructure team to deliver infrastructure services to the location




V. PROBLEM SOLVING:


Patient and hard work for complex situation



Must evaluate issues using multiple sources of information.

To support Companies of China for IT infrastructure. Include computer, network and telephone system.

Describe the level and type of regular and ongoing interpersonal skills required with others, over and above superior/subordinate exchanges..



Requires ability to influence upwards as well as other leadership at the plants and site offices.

Communicates with employees at all levels of the site organization both within IT and outside of IT.

Ongoing communication with corporate IT staff.

Requires oral and written communication of complex and detailed information.

Requires team building and collaboration skills.




IX. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :


Mandarin as first language; Multi Lingual; fluent English (verbal and written) is required



College education or high. Computer system department



Minimum two to three years experience in IT



Familiar with Microsoft system , include OS, office and Basic computer Knowledge on Network and print system



Have team-work spirit, willing to learn
