I. POSITION PURPOSE:

Material requirement and planning management; Inventory management; Engineering change support.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:
?Maintain material master data in SAP
?Generate and manage material requirement plan through SAP based on production plan
?Manage and expedite urgent material items according to business requirement
?Track for purchase order delivery status to ensure serial production
?Material effective date management of engineering change
?Obsolete and surplus material evaluation, investigation, improvement
?Set proper inventory level and periodically review material MOQ
?Deal with other material abnormal issue such as quality, scrap

KEY MEASUREMENT:
?Finish master data within required timeline
?Ensure all the material demand could be generated timely and accurately
?Coordinate to ensure the urgent material items could be handled timely, production plan could be fulfilled
?Periodic prepare vendor's delivery performance report, coordinate with purchasing team to keep continuous improvement
?Calculate ECN effective date within required date
?Periodically prepare the obsolete and surplus material report in a timely manner
?Keep inventory turn as business required
?Coordinate to take the timely action for material handling



II. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
?Bachelor degree in logistics or supply chain related major
?SAP background knowledge, especially in MM modular



III. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:

?Be familiar with material planning
?Highly responsible attitude at daily work
?Basic concept of MRP running principle
?Coordination ability in problem solving
?Clear thinking and analytical ability



IV. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
No leadership at this level is required. However, willing to lead short discussion such as material shortage review will be plus

?Clearly analytical skills
?Manage daily work according to priority set



VI. NATURE OF IMPACT
The role is expected to offer fully support for production plan, especially in material management aspect

IX. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
?Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain related major
?More than one year's material planning or equivalent experience
?SAP experience in MM module
?Skilled in spreadsheet handling
?Engineering change implementation experience is preferable
?Communicated english, especially in written and read
