you will be responsible for the technical sales support activities as part of eHouses and packaging solution team in the ABB electrification business. You will work in close cooperation with ABB and 3rd party factories supplying the electrical equipment as well as the project execution team to define optimum system solutions to be offered and delivered to our customers locally and globally. You will have great opportunities to develop your skills in a global company committed to supporting its customers through innovative technology and solutions.
- Support the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
- Provide technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offers product/solution related training.
- Prepare/support preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local Business Unit/feeder factory indications and Sales organization directives. Participates in the kick off meeting organized by the project team.
- Define cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Sales organization.
- Provide information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment.
- Analyze customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization.
- Perform lost proposal analysis, identify potential cause, and recommend future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results.

- A Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical engineering, automation etc.
- More than 5 years of working experience, Minimum 2 years in Sales (Technical) Support.
- Must have Electrification background, mainly in MV and LV distribution system.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Good work attitude and business-oriented mindset to support business development.
- Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate several projects at once, multi-task.
- Customer focused and experienced in managing expectations.
- Knowledge of the ABB product portfolio and the organization preferable.
