RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

· Follow the daily production with safety and environment manner

· Manufacturing quality and efficiency according to given targets and given schedule

· Implement the safety work regulation in Workshop; set up safety work instruction for related position; supervise the workshop safety work situation; report the safety accident to the workshop manager timely;

· To train the operators to keep on improving their skill and knowhow

· Solve the problem with global team

· Sourcing and purchase related material and tools with purchaser together

· Report and control the quality case and the cost

· Working together with other team closely to obtain the target from rolls incoming to outgoing

· Ensure the use of company asset efficiently, rightfully and carefully.

· Ensure the use of raw materials and consumable items efficiently

· Follow special tasks assigned by Workshop Manager.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above

· Majored in mechanical engineering

· Five years or above related work experience

· Experienced in paper machine is preferred.

· Good command of English, computer literacy.

· Teamwork spirit, be proactive, open minded, like to face challenge and work under pressure.
