--Responsible for accurate & timely monthly GL booking

1.handle all cash and banking transaction and process in accordance to company policy and procedure;
2.carefully check the supporting documents and make the proper entries in ERP system;
3.carefully check the payment applications to meet the company internal control policy;
4.AR/AP follow up;
5.document the accounting vouchers and other relative reports
--Responsible for timely tax reporting at month-end and compliance of state & local tax rules
1.ensure on-time sales invoicing
2.monthly VAT input & output reconciliation with GL booking;
3.monthly tax report filling according to tax bureau's requirement;
4.well documentation of various tax reports
5.familiar with the state & local tax rules



QUALIFICATIONS



1. University graduated, majoring in Finance or related subjects
2. Sound knowledge of Chinese Accounting Principles and regulatory frameworks
3. At least 2 years of working experiences of Foreign-invested companies.
4. Familiar with ERP
5. Fluent English in both writing and speaking
6. Good communication
7. Self motivation and self management
8. Above to work under pressure and meeting tight deadline
