1.Reviews and submits disclosure of PQ APAC range

    

2.Instructs and proofreads each patent application

    

3.Deals with prior art searching and analysing

    

4.Works with agency and IP attorney to grant patent application

    

5.Works with IP attorney to do analysing for IP infringement case

    

6.Do internal training for RD about IP knowledge and process

    

7.Provides the Technology/Competitive intelligence reports regularly

    

8.Builds up IP landscape studies for key programs

    

9.Organizes and leads PQ APAC PRC (Patent Review Council)

    

    

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or above degree in Electrical related or Mechanical related
• Over 8 years intellectual property experience work with RD organization
• "Skillful English reading, writing and speaking
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative style
• Strong ownership, work positively, will challenge difficulty"
