职位描述

Responsibilities
·Generate sourcing strategy
·Work with oversea designer on sample developments and new trends sourcing.
·Evaluate supplier and buyer's performance timely.
·Follow up orders and develop samples.
·Expanding supply market locally (map the Chinese supply market) and internationally
·Source, shortlist and pre-qualify suppliers
·Assure valid cost breakdowns
·Assure best practice and synergy utilization
·Establish internal reference guides for target prices across categories
·Optimize supply chain(suppliers and sub suppliers)
·Process optimization (internal / external)
·Control lead-times, negotiate and implement supply agreements
·Define supplier KPIs and follow up
·Follow up on budget
·Represent and communicate the Bestseller Code of Conduct

Background/experience
·Master in Business or Finance, Engineer, MBA or similar
·5+ years sourcing experience from fashion or retail business
·Strong fashion mind and business sense
·Manufacturing, product and costing knowledge
·Proven track record
·Excellent negotiation and communication skills
·Used to travel (domestic/international)
·Self-starter, proactive and results oriented
·Fluent English
