We are looking forward to a Senior Treasury Analyst in Eaton, based in Shanghai, China. This exciting role offers opportunity to:

·         Daily cash flow management, liaison with GFSS team for projected cash flow

·         Collect basic cash balance & marketable securities information on monthly basis from operations in the region and prepare the monthly report in the existing format and submit to senior management

·         Preparing other requested reports, i.e treasury KPI, Bank guarantee report, bank draft report, etc

·         Constantly monitor the cash pooling position in all APAC countries. Alert supervisor when there is an irregular cash movement.  Actively manage the day to day short term money market investment placement to enhance the yield return on the cash.

·         Collect & update bank accounts information for the region on monthly basis, working with both GFSS and operations for data accuracy. Develop a systematic process to consolidate the bank accounts structure in the region.  Collect & analyze bank fees information for the region on quarterly basis. Provide bank fee reduction proposal whenever possible to her supervisor & working with operations to execute any bank fees reduction projects

·         Be able to independently carry out a treasury related project implementation in the region.

·         Master the CitiDirect online banking software system and keep the most update authorizers information in the Bank Administration System.  Review the online banking security profile and create the set up according to the internal control /SOX standard.

·         Understand the importance of FX exposure RSD report; be able to identify the issues & discrepancy in the report.  Has the experience/capability to execute FX spot, forward, and swap contract independently.

·         Enter FX transaction, intercompany loan and short term investment information into Treasury Quantum System; provide ad-hoc/regular reports to her supervisors.

·         Work with Pune Treasury back office team to facilitate the smooth information exchange between front office and back office

·         Communicate with Global Share Service Center (Suzhou) on regularly basis to provide any treasury assistance & report any issues back to AP Treasury Manager.

·         Working with other functions to develop and provide cashflow forecast model in APAC countries

·         To understand the latest regulatory development in the region and its impact to APAC Treasury operation. Be able to provide sound recommendation to the head of APAC treasury based on the available information.

·         Conducting bank annual reviews, FX facility set up, etc independently

·         Lead or assist treasury manager for treasury or other projects.

Requirement:

·         University degree in accounting, or finance major.

·         Big 4 preferred.

·         Excellent computer skills, strong in Word, Excel, good skill in PPT preparation.

·         3-5 years’ work experience.

·         Excellent communicate skills and outgoing personality.

·         Ability to stay organized and quick learner.

·         Demonstrated interest in treasury management functions.

·         Must be fluent both in written and oral English.

·         Attention to detail
