研发项目经理 R&D
Project Manager Open Innovation Center

计算机、通信、项目管理硕士及以上学历；5年以上项目管理经验；有PMI或全球公司认证的项目管理者优先；积极主动、有团队精神、责任心强、直面压力并完成工作；沟通协调能力强，良好的英文表达能力。

Main accountabilities:

Project execution and control

- Manages the allocated project teams and defines with key stakeholders the scope of work, cost / budget, resources required, time schedule and detailed work allocation and motivates and leads internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones and monitors and controls project cost and financials

- Formalizes acceptance of the project and brings all the project elements to a conclusion

- Ensures project results are transferred to relevant line organization or department responsible

- Uses own technical domain knowledge to provide technical support to colleagues or other functional teams

- Serves as key contact for project stakeholders and effectively communicates appropriate information to in timely manner to achieve desired understanding and support

Projects, processes and tools

- Ensures project follows sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with standard ABB internal directives and procedures

- Ensures projects follow external standards etc. that influence activities and targets

Manage uncertainties and risks

- Identifies, contains and reduces risk and ensures appropriate handling of change requests

- Ensures transparency around unforeseen results/events and identified risks and makes sure that they are properly prioritized, managed and communicated

Knowledge, skills & expertise:

- Master’s degree or higher in computer engineering or communication engineering or project management engineering and 5 years+ work experience of project management

- Project management experience proved by certificate of worldwide company or PMI

- Proactive, team-oriented, highly responsible and able to work under pressure and excellent at communication and coordination

- Chinese as mother tongue, very good English (fluently)
