The focus of this role is to support the daily projects analysis and cost closing tasks

- Analysis of actual projects margin with quotation, review with the pricing team to understand the reason and drive for the quotation accuracy or BOM issue if any.
- Work on work order settlement and process the project settlement.
- Tracking projects delivery and billing status, ensure consistency.
- Supporting NPI projects for BOM calculation.
- Monthly closing MJE preparation
- Month operating report.
- Monthly KE 24 report preparation, ICP report preparation.
- Annual standard cost update.
- Annual TP and daily TP preparation and updating.

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good PC skills: experience with financial systems/ Strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (pivot tables, Vlookup, etc).
- Clear thinking/problem solving, able to quickly grasp new ideas.
- Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances.
- Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others.
