Must be adept working in a fast paced, high-growth environment where resources are optimized around producing measurable results. He/she must have the breadth of experience and interest to work as an individual contributor as well as within a team environment. This is a high-visibility position with career development potential.
- Responsible for the sales related activities and business results in the sub-region of China;
- Develop relationship with key accounts like Nokia etc., work closely with peers in other country/regions to support continuous growth from these key accounts.
- Identify and develop adjacent market, prioritize resources to generate maximum revenue growth.
- Work closely with different function teams to respond to customer requirement with satisfaction.
- Work with CS team for delivery support & work with quality team on quality issue support in the region.
- Support ABB IDCP brand & product promotion in the region.
- Responsible for collecting competition related information through day to day sales activities.
- Provide necessary reports to support supervisors and other internal functions.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
- Advanced engineering or business degree from an accredited university or college.
- 5-8 years on sales related position in China mainland, experience with power electronics products will be a plus.
- Previous experience with design win mode selling to OEM customer needed.
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales and revenue growth results.
- Clear thinking logic and excellent problem-solving capability keep commitments and honest.
- Team player with good discipline and dedication to job.
- Well verse in English and Mandarin.
- Ability and willingness to travel within territory 5% to 15%.
