As a Credit/Contract Specialist, ABB Industrial Automation is writing the future of safe and smart operations. With our deep industry knowledge and automation expertise, we understand the needs of our customers and enable them to lead through safer, more productive, and energy efficient operations.

You will be a vital member of the finance team within the Business Function Finance Business Line/ Industrial Automation Business, in Shanghai/China country/NAS region. You will provide key support to the business, applying relevant accounting techniques and standards to identify and resolve issues.

- Provide comment on the bond form of the customer
- Cooperate with the LBL PMs/SAs and prepare the bond in the project execution
- Prepare the bond report as required
- Interface with Company Controlling and the bank
- Bond application in the DB
- Control the CNAUS chop
- Assess the financial status of the customer and first approver for the credit limit application
- An understanding of the company research report
- An understanding of the internal control process for delivery, billing
- An understanding of the contract terms, esp. the payment terms

- Bachelor degree with preferred major in finance/accounting/business administration
- Experience in project execution is preferred
- Commercial working experience with more than 5 years
- Good communication skills, team working spirit, sense of responsibility
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
