As a Sales Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification Business and EL Marketing and Sales Business Line (BL) based in Shanghai. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.
You will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge ABB in Sales & Marketing Unit China Product Group/ EL Marketing and Sales Business Line (BL) / Electrification Business in Shanghai /China country/NAS region. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities, especially for digital solution.
主要职责:
1. 负责维护指定的关键大客户,做好市场推广工作;
2. 针对不同的销售机会,通过拉近客户关系,与项目开发商,设计方等建立起紧密关系。
3. 具有一定技术背景,与区域产品推广员一起制定技术解决方案以便更好地满足客户要求,在与竞争对手的竞争中获得优势;
4. 支持其他渠道的销售,以便共同获得项目;
5. 按照公司要求每周提供周报及高质量的维护更新数据库
要求
1. 大学本科毕业(理工科)
2. 3年以上相关工作经验(中低压配电领域产品销售;智能建筑领域产品销售;有房地产或大型市政工程类客户资源等)
3. 具有一定的培训及演示经验
4. 良好的电脑操作能力。
5. 结果导向
6. 客户导向,具有非常好的市场敏感度和很好地挖掘客户需求的能力
7. 具有较强的沟通表达能力
8. 追求成就, 对自我要求高,有较好的学习能力
9. 工作积极主动

- Sell products/systems/services to customers, achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers.
- Manage administrative procedures in sales processes, and support collection and project management activities when needed.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, major in Science or Engineering (Electrical Automation major is preferred).
- 3+ years of Sales experience in related industries.
- Experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) project.
- Strong sales competency with digital capability and knowledge.
- Strong learning ability, customer orientation, sense of responsibility and personal integrity.
- Result driven, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at team work.
